Each Aloe Vera Gel soft gel contains 25 mg of Aloe Vera concentrate (200:1) supplying the equivalent of 5000 mg (1 teaspoonful) Aloe Vera Gel. Only the fresh thick inner gel from the Aloe Vera Leaf is freeze-dried to form the Aloe Vera concentrate. This is equivalent to approximately 1/4 cup of Aloe Vera liquid (10:1 dilution)..  

Suggested Use:  Take one soft gel one to four times daily, preferably at mealtime.
