This product is formulated using a patent-pending, two-stage, timed-release concept. The single-stage ingredients are rapidly released. The two-stage ingredients are designed so that half are rapidly released while the other half are gradually released over 6-8 hours. The two-stage ingredients include Vitamin C, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacinamide and Vitamin B-6.

Bioflavonoid Concentrate 50 mg, Choline Bitartrate 50 mg, Inositol 50 mg, PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid) 50 mg, Biotin 50 mcg, Folate (as Folic Acid) 400 mcg, Niacin (as Niacinamide) (B-3) 50 mg, Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) 50 mg, Riboflavin (B-2) 50 mg, Thiamine (as Thiamine Mononitrate) (B-1) 50 mg, Pantothenic Acid (as d-Calcium Pantothenate) 50 mg, Vitamin B-12 50 mcg, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid, Rose Hips, Acerola Cherry) 500 mg.
