Jarrow FORMULAS® Resveratrol 100™ contains 100 mg of resveratrols (3,4,5-trihydroxystilbenes) and resveratrol glucosides (piceids) extracted from Hu zhang (“tiger cane”) root. Polygonum extracts have a history of usage in traditional eastern medicine as cardiotonics.

Jarrow FORMULAS® Resveratrol 100™ provides approximately 90% resveratrol in the active trans configuration.

As an antioxidant, resveratrol may protect cardiovascular function by inhibiting LDL oxidation, upregulating nitric oxide synthesis, and protecting the integrity of capillaries.*

Resveratrol has also been studied for its ability to activate Phase 2 detoxification enzymes and to maintain healthy cell replication.*

Ingredients: Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 100 mg, Resveratrols (from 200 mg Polygonum cuspidatum 50% total resveratrols) (Tiger cane) (root) 100 mg.

Other Ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and silicon dioxide. Capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
