This product is formulated using a two-stage, timed-release technology. The two-stage ingredients are designed to release half of the ingredients rapidly and the other half gradually over a period of up to 6 hours.† The two-stage ingredients include Iron, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Niacinamide and Vitamin B-6.

Ingredients: Herbal Support Base: Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) (leaf), Yellow Dock (Rumex crispus) (root), Beet (Beta vulgaris) (root), Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis) (whole leaf) 200mg, Niacin (as Niacinamide) (B-3) 20mg, Folic Acid 400mcg, Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) 25mg, Riboflavin (B-2) 25mg, Iron (as Iron Fumarate) 30mg, Copper (as Copper Amino Acid Chelate) .5mg, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 150mg, Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 250mcg.        

Other Ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose Capsule, Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate and Silica.
